ARCO COMPLETES NEW HIGH HAZARD FACILITY FOR MILLIPORESIGMA

ARCO recently completed a 120,450 SF build-to-suit hazardous storage facility in Visalia, California for repeat developer client, Scannell Properties. The new facility is home to MilliporeSigma – one of the world’s leaders in the research and development of pharmaceutical products and genetic editing. The pharmaceutical distribution facility features six hazardous storage spaces spanning three separate classifications for storing a range of temperature sensitive products. The central location of Visalia allows for easy access to transportation routes enabling more efficient distribution throughout the state. This project adds to ARCO’s growing portfolio of more than 70 projects throughout the state of California.
