ARCO National Construction recently celebrated achieving a major milestone during construction of a four-story multifamily development for repeat client Overland Property Group in Fort Worth, Texas. Located in the growing Scenic Bluff neighborhood, the 103,510 SF apartment complex will include 94 new residential units with a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments. A topping out ceremony was held, marking the completion of the development’s frame.
Onsite amenities will include a central courtyard space with fire pits and a playground, a first-floor lounge, library, and work area, a fourth-floor fitness and recreation space, and a rooftop resident lounge with views over the Trinity River and Downtown. Additional features will include 180 beds, wood-framed construction, brick and hardie siding, and outdoor parking.
Clifton Riverside plans to welcome its first residents in the Fall of 2024.
