I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a young professional entering the field of construction. I was given exposure to numerous jobs all across the country with different clients that had their own, unique requirements. Being able to occasionally travel with the Project Managers gave me an authentic feeling for what a career as a PM would be like. After completing a Co-op and an Internship with ARCO, I was very excited to accept a position as a full-time Project Manager. Our design-build methodology offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project from preliminary design and concept development to construction, closeout, and every stage in-between. The real job experience in both my Co-op and Internship at ARCO was vital to both my professional and personal development. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in the field.
