ARCO COMPLETES 30TH PROJECT FOR PERFORMANCE FOOD GROUP
ARCO National Construction recently completed a 275,000 SF new foodservice distribution facility for Performance Food Group in Houston, Texas. The project marks 30 facilities successfully completed by ARCO for PFG, with an additional 10 projects currently under construction nationwide.
ARCO National Construction recently completed its 30th project for repeat client Performance Food Group. Located in Houston, Texas, the 275,000 SF new foodservice distribution facility features a 48,243 SF -10°F freezer, over 30,000 SF of cooler space with temperature ranges from 34°F to 55°F, a 108,989 SF warehouse, 42,616 SF cold dock, 41 dock positions, and insulated metal panel (IMP) construction.
ARCO and Performance Food Group are currently partnering on an additional 10 projects totaling nearly 2 million square feet in major markets nationwide.
