Completed in 2017, Spring Hill Logistics Center adds to the diverse portfolio of projects ARCO has partnered with NorthPoint Development to complete. Located in Spring Hill, Tennessee, this development features nearly half a million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space spanning three facilities, and is home to tenants such as General Motors, Comprehensive Logistics, and Magna International. Each facility encompasses a variety of specialized features, including multiple high hazard storage spaces and containment precautions for automotive component manufacturing.
