The ARCO Kansas City team recently completed a 332,613 SF cold storage facility for repeat developer client, BlueScope Properties Group and end-user, Goya Foods! Located in Apopka, Florida, the state-of-the-art facility features multiple temperature zones and an ammonia refrigeration system with glycol underfloor heat, as well as a 12,000 SF office.
This project adds to a growing portfolio of projects BlueScope and ARCO have partnered to complete.
