The ability of the ARCO project management team to plan ahead, problem solve, and communicate expectations were key components in making this a successful project. ARCO did an excellent job keeping DHL informed of the progress of work, of critical milestones during the course of the work and worked jointly with DHL and our customer to keep the project on schedule and under budget. In spite of site constraints which delayed the progress of the work and less than desirable weather conditions throughout the course of the work, ARCO delivered the project ahead of schedule.
