ARCO Breaks Ground on Two Industrial Facilities for Foxfield, LLC in Philadelphia Metro
ARCO recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a two-building industrial development for repeat client Foxfield, LLC in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania. The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub will include two Class A distribution facilities totaling approximately 814,567 SF. The northern parcel will feature a 361,457 SF rear-loading facility. The southern parcel will feature a 453,110 SF cross-dock facility. The development is strategically situated to provide easy access to I-295, I-95, Route 1, and Route 13, allowing for distribution up and down the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
The north building will feature 36 dock positions, 2 drive-in ramps, and 3 main entrances. The south building will feature 44 dock positions, 4 drive-in ramps, and 4 main entrances. Both facilities will feature 40’ clear height, precast concrete walls and structural steel framing, 3,000 amp electrical services, solar-ready roof structures, and 50’x50’ column spacing.
This is the fourth project ARCO and Foxfield, LLC have partnered to complete.
