ARCO is partnering with WDP and Seefried Industrial Properties on a new 269,100-square-foot, two-building industrial development in Chandler, Arizona. The development, Arizona Avenue Commerce Center, will add modern industrial space to the Chandler Airpark submarket, one of the city’s growing employment and business corridors.
Situated on 16.7 acres just north of Germann Road, the development will include a 69,300-square-foot Building A and a 199,800-square-foot Building B. Both facilities will feature 32-foot clear heights and ESFR fire protection systems, with a combined 65 dock-high doors, four grade-level doors, 204 car parking spaces, and 56 trailer parking spaces.
The project’s location along Arizona Avenue provides convenient access to major transportation routes throughout the Southeast Valley. A full-diamond interchange at Loop 202 is located less than one mile from the site, with additional connectivity to Loop 101 and Interstate 10. The development also provides access to Chandler Municipal Airport, the Price Corridor, the East Valley labor pool, and regional distribution routes serving Greater Phoenix and the Southwest.
ARCO is proud to partner with Seefried Industrial Properties and WDP Partners to deliver the new development and support continued industrial growth in the Chandler market. Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2027.
