ARCO BREAKS GROUND ON NEW CENTRAL OHIO FACILITY FOR WESTON, INC.

ARCO recently broke ground on a 207,740 SF speculative industrial facility for repeat developer client Weston, Inc. Located in Columbus, Ohio, the facility is strategically situated directly across from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport.

The facility’s Central Ohio location provides immediate access to I-670, I-270, Highway 62, and a population of more than 1.4 million people within a 15-mile radius. Divisible to 36,660 SF, the facility can accommodate industrial users across a variety of industry types, including light manufacturing.

“Weston is very excited to expand our footprint in the Central Ohio market,” said T.J. Asher, President of Acquisitions and Development for Weston, Inc. “The City of Columbus has been very accommodating and very easy to work with! With the growth of the area, we are confident that this will be a successful project.”

Facility features include tilt-up concrete construction, 32’ clear height, 17 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, two main entrances, and ample car and trailer parking.
