ARCO’s Kansas City division recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a 28,330 SF build-to-suit freight terminal facility in partnership with repeat developer client BlueScope Properties Group and end-user ABF Freight in Olathe, Kansas.
The development is strategically located north of I-35 and expected to bring approximately 100 jobs to the Kansas City Metropolitan region.
The state-of-the-art facility is the second development in a four-building industrial park in the Olathe Commerce Center. The facility will house 2,873 SF of office space as well as a 1,296 SF truck maintenance facility, 60 dock positions, and 108 trailer parking spaces.
This marks the seventeenth project ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group have partnered to complete.
