ARCO’s Pacific Coast division recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 250,650 SF wine distribution facility for repeat developer client Scannell Properties and end-user Copper Peak Logistics, a California-based logistics company that specializes in wine fulfillment across the nation.
Located on a 12-acre site in the heart of Northern California wine country in Napa County, the new warehouse will provide easy access to local bulk storage facilities. The facility will replace the company’s existing location and will more than triple its distribution space.
The project is set to finish in Spring 2023 and features 58°F warehouse storage, a 6,500 SF office, twenty dock positions, four drive-in ramps, two entries, tilt-up construction, and 28’ clear height.
