Designed and built for METTLER TOLEDO, this project is a 260,000-total-square-foot manufacturing campus.
This 260,000 SF manufacturing campus is designed for product inspection equipment production, featuring a 125,000 SF, two-story office building and a 135,000 SF manufacturing facility. The manufacturing area is optimized for a range of operations, including cutting, welding, cleaning, polishing, assembly, packaging, maintenance, testing labs, shipping, and receiving.
The exterior façade is a mix of concrete tilt-up wall panels, architectural insulated metal panels, and curtainwall windows, offering a modern and durable design. The manufacturing space has a 28’ clear height, providing ample room for large-scale equipment and operations. The building's utility systems include connections for gas, compressed air, argon, nitrogen, and vacuum, supporting various industrial processes.
The campus includes several amenities for employees, such as an on-site commercial cafeteria, a fitness center, and a recreation center, encouraging a comfortable and engaging work environment. An outdoor collaboration area and walk path around the campus further enhance the workspace. The facility is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, ensuring safety throughout the site.
