ARCO’s New England division recently completed a 150,000 SF distribution facility for repeat developer client Marcus Partners and a Fortune 500 parcel delivery and supply chain solutions provider end-user. Strategically located in Franklin, Massachusetts, the Class A facility offers convenient access to major distribution routes and surrounding major metro areas including Boston and Providence. Developed on a speculative basis, during construction of the building shell, the facility was leased to to the end-user and a tenant improvement contract was executed. Facility features include 33 dock positions, 36′ clear height, two drive-in doors, 109 car parking spaces, 20 trailer parking spaces, and tilt-up construction.
