Designed and built for Lockheed Martin, this project consists of a 210,000-square-foot, build-to-suit sheet metal fabrication facility.

This project consists of an approximately 210,000 SF build-to-suit sheet metal fabrication facility designed to support large-scale manufacturing, equipment fabrication, and material handling operations. The building includes an approximately 10,000 SF mezzanine and is constructed using concrete tilt-up wall panels with a steel bar joist structure. The facility features a 28-foot clear height and a three-ply built-up roof system, providing durable construction suited for heavy industrial operations.

The manufacturing floor incorporates numerous equipment pits and structural pads designed to accommodate specialized fabrication machinery and production equipment. Material handling infrastructure includes six jib cranes and a 6,000-pound-capacity freight elevator with a 10-foot by 12-foot cab, supporting movement of materials and equipment throughout the facility. Process utilities include a compressed air loop served by two 700 CFM compressors, along with dedicated process piping for equipment connections.

Electrical infrastructure includes a 14,000-amp electrical service and seven 1,000-amp bus ducts, providing substantial power capacity for high-demand fabrication equipment and production systems. The facility is fully air conditioned with direct digital controls to maintain consistent interior conditions and support manufacturing operations. Fire protection includes a fully sprinklered system supported by a 750 GPM fire pump. The project was engineered to deliver a high-capacity sheet metal fabrication facility with specialized equipment foundations, extensive process utilities, and integrated building systems designed for long-term industrial performance.
