This 187,000 SF manufacturing facility is a state-of-the-art facility tailored to meet high-performance industrial needs. The project features an 18,000 SF, two-story office that complements the manufacturing operations, providing modern workspace and administrative areas.

With a 25’ clear height, the facility accommodates multiple crane bays designed for 5-ton, 2.5-ton, and 1-ton cranes, supporting diverse manufacturing and assembly processes. The fully conditioned and humidity-controlled space ensures optimal conditions for sensitive equipment and processes. Additional features include integrated process water, compressed air, and gas systems for seamless operations.

Constructed with insulated tilt-wall panels and a robust steel bar joist structure, the facility meets FM Global compliance standards, ensuring fire safety and risk mitigation. The roof system comprises a durable 60-mil TPO membrane, contributing to energy efficiency and weather resilience.

Delivered using the design-build model, this project exemplifies efficient coordination and execution, creating a facility that combines functionality, durability, and modern design.
