Gabriel Group

Designed and built for Gabriel Group, this project is a 50,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility.

This project consists of an approximately 50,000 SF build-to-suit facility for Gabriel Group in Bridgeton, Missouri, designed to integrate production, warehouse, and office functions within a single building. The facility includes approximately 10,000 SF of second-floor office space, along with two multimedia conference rooms and a training room to support administrative and employee functions.

The office component features an open, two-story atrium lobby with an exposed painted deck, ceiling accent structures, decorative railing, and an open staircase. Interior finishes include exposed concrete floors, creating a durable environment that connects the office and production areas. The facility also includes approximately 20,000 SF of production space with a 14-foot clear height.

Shipping and receiving operations are supported by five 9-foot by 10-foot dock doors and one 12-foot by 14-foot drive-in door, providing flexible access for materials and equipment. Fire protection within the warehouse is provided by an ESFR sprinkler system. The project was engineered to deliver a functional build-to-suit facility that combines production capacity with substantial office, training, and collaboration space.
