Designed and built for EloPak, this project is a 297,440-total-square-foot carton packaging and filling equipment manufacturing facility.
The 297,440 SF carton packaging and filling equipment manufacturing facility exemplifies modern industrial design and operational efficiency. It features a spacious 205,267 SF production area optimized for manufacturing processes and a 24,534 SF office space that supports administrative and operational functions. An 11,219 SF mezzanine adds flexibility for additional storage or workspace needs.
Constructed with durable tilt-up concrete, the facility achieves a 33’6” clear height, accommodating large equipment and streamlined workflows. It is equipped with six dock positions and one drive-thru door, ensuring seamless logistics and material handling. A robust compressed air system supports production equipment, while an 8,000-amp electrical service provides ample power for high-demand operations.
The facility includes a 45-mil TPO roof system with R-30 insulation for energy efficiency and durability, reflecting a commitment to sustainability. Safety is prioritized with an electrical fire pump and a combined ESFR and CMSA fire protection system, ensuring comprehensive coverage for the manufacturing and office areas. This facility exemplifies innovative design and functionality, meeting the demands of advanced manufacturing processes.
