DrinkPAK

Designed and built for DrinkPAK, this project is a 1,400,000-total-square-foot beverage manufacturing facility tenant improvement.

This project consists of an approximately 1,400,000 SF beverage manufacturing facility tenant improvement designed to support large-scale production, packaging, and distribution operations. The scope includes an approximately 80,000 SF production area featuring two production lines, along with integrated quality control, laboratory space, and mixing areas to support product formulation and testing.

Administrative and operational support spaces include an approximately 30,000 SF production office and an additional 10,000 SF office area serving facility management and staff. Temperature-controlled storage includes an approximately 10,000 SF 40°F cooler supporting product staging and ingredient storage.

Production capabilities include one high-acid production line capable of producing up to 1,600 cans per minute and one automated variety pack line capable of producing up to 1,200 cans per minute. The facility is designed to support manufacturing of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including energy drinks, sodas, bottled water, hard seltzers, and canned cocktails.

Electrical infrastructure includes three 3,000-amp electrical services, supporting high-demand production equipment and facility systems. Interior spaces are illuminated with high-bay warehouse lighting designed for manufacturing and logistics environments. The facility layout also provides capacity for additional future production lines, allowing scalability as manufacturing demand increases.
