Designed and built for Domino's, this project is a 59,832-total-square-foot food processing and freezer/cooler distribution facility.
This 59,832 SF food processing and distribution facility is purpose-built to meet stringent food safety standards and ensure operational efficiency. It features a specialized 17,618 SF troweled urethane, food-grade component system and temperature-controlled spaces, including a 7,384 SF cold dock (35°F), a 7,166 SF dry warehouse, a 4,538 SF production room (60°F), and a 2,830 SF freezer (-10°F). Additional features include a 2,306 SF dry dock, a 2,067 SF cooler (35°F), a 1,500 SF spiral cooler, and a 1,200 SF room for minor ingredients and oils, alongside a 196 SF production office.
Constructed using tilt-up and insulated metal panel techniques, the building offers a 36’ clear height for efficient storage and workflow. Designed to support advanced food processing operations, the facility is Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards for food safety and quality.
The layout maximizes operational efficiency by integrating distinct areas for production, storage, and distribution while maintaining rigorous environmental controls. With its modern design and certification, this facility is equipped to handle the demands of large-scale food manufacturing and logistics.
