Confidential Client

Designed and built for a confidential client, this project is a 126,000 total square foot cosmetic manufacturing facility.

The 126,000 SF building, tailored for manufacturing and distribution, features 67,000 SF of cleanroom and production space, complemented by a 37,000 SF storage and distribution warehouse. An additional 11,650 SF is dedicated to office space, while a 5,255 SF mechanical room supports the facility's technical operations.

Significant infrastructure upgrades were completed, including main utility services for water, sewer, natural gas, and electrical systems. Advanced process mechanical installations incorporate systems for process water, chilled water, compressed air, waste water, RODI water, dust collection, and vacuum operations. A photovoltaic farm on the roof supports sustainable energy initiatives, reducing the facility's carbon footprint.

Designed to meet GMP cosmetics standards, the project also includes equipment rigging, installation, and final connections. With sustainability at its core, the building is pursuing LEED Silver Certification, showcasing its commitment to environmental responsibility and operational excellence.
