Designed and Built for Block Real Estate Services, the Faith Technologies project is a 438,000 total square foot manufacturing facility.

The 438,000 SF manufacturing facility stands as a robust example of industrial excellence, tailored to accommodate high-capacity operations and complex manufacturing processes. Its tilt-up concrete construction ensures structural durability and cost efficiency, complemented by a clear height of 36 feet that provides ample vertical clearance for large-scale machinery and storage systems. The facility's layout is meticulously designed for operational efficiency, featuring 31 strategically positioned dock positions, eight drive-in ramps, and six access entries to optimize logistics, minimize bottlenecks, and facilitate seamless movement of goods and materials.

To support versatile manufacturing layouts, the structure includes 50-foot column spacing, offering the flexibility required for diverse industrial processes. The electrical infrastructure is equally impressive, with a 2,000-amp service designed to meet the intensive power demands of modern production facilities. Three bridge cranes, with capacities of 35 tons, 50 tons, and 30 tons, are integral to the facility, enabling precise handling of heavy materials and equipment, thus enhancing productivity and safety.

The roofing system features a 45-mil white TPO membrane with R30 insulation, designed to maximize energy efficiency by reducing heat gain and lowering operational cooling costs. Safety is prioritized through the inclusion of an ESFR fire protection system, providing advanced fire suppression capabilities and ensuring compliance with industry standards for employee and asset safety.
