Design-build general contractor ARCO National Construction is partnering with Scannell Properties on a 129,651-square-foot repackaging and distribution facility for Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, Inc. in Halfmoon, New York.
The new facility supports Coca-Cola’s regional distribution and operational needs. Situated on a 16-acre site, the development will integrate warehouse, office, and specialized service areas to support high-volume logistics and fleet operations.
The facility will include 91,236 square feet of warehouse space, a 20,346-square-foot office, an 11,948-square-foot mezzanine, a 5,990-square-foot truck maintenance bay, and a 7,702-square-foot cooler services area. Designed for efficient distribution, the building will feature a 28-foot clear height, 50’ x 50’ column spacing, and 24 dock positions, along with one drive-in ramp.
The project also includes extensive site and infrastructure improvements, with 171 car parking spaces, 49 trailer parking spaces, and 15 van parking spaces. The development incorporates five access points supporting fleet maintenance, cooler services, and warehouse operations.
