ARCO National Construction’s New England division is partnering with SupplyOne on a 210,000-square-foot corrugated packaging converting project in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. As SupplyOne grows its regional network through acquisitions and facility investments, the project strengthens its ability to provide localized packaging solutions while supporting customers with the resources of a national organization.
Supporting that strategy, the 210,000-square-foot facility has been designed specifically for high-volume corrugated packaging converting, incorporating dedicated production space, warehouse capacity, specialized process piping, material handling infrastructure, and integrated waste collection systems that streamline operations and support long-term flexibility.
The original facility was developed and is currently owned by National Development. ARCO is the design-build partner on the project.
The facility will include 132,866 square feet of warehouse space, 65,000 square feet of production area, 12,134 square feet of office space, and a 2,800-square-foot mezzanine. Additional features will include 36-foot clear height, 34 dock positions, and two drive-in doors to support efficient material handling and distribution.
In addition to the West Bridgewater facility, ARCO and SupplyOne are partnering on additional projects nationwide.
