ARCO National Construction's Kansas City division has completed a 46,588-square-foot build-to-suit facility for a confidential client in Lenexa, Kansas. The project was designed to support the client’s operational needs while maintaining flexibility, durability, and a high-quality workplace environment.
The facility includes 1,458 square feet of first-floor office space with high-end finishes, along with 2,845 square feet of mezzanine office space. Two full-height curtain wall entries create a modern exterior presence and provide natural light within the office areas.
Constructed using insulated tilt-up concrete, the building features a 24-foot clear height, six dock positions, and two drive-in ramps. The layout incorporates 50-foot by 54-foot column spacing to support efficient interior circulation and adaptable use.
Additional building systems include a 1,200 amp electrical service, a 60-mil TPO roof system with R-30 insulation, and an ESFR fire protection system. The site also includes 53 car parking spaces to support employees and visitors.
The completed project provides the confidential client with a purpose-built facility designed for long-term performance and operational efficiency in the Lenexa market.
