The facility includes 1,258 total storage units across 11 different unit sizes, including 36 ADA-accessible units. The building also features 1,155 square feet of office space to support on-site management and customer service operations.
Constructed using cold-formed metal framing with a metal panel façade, the facility was designed for durability and performance. Interior conditioned loading docks enhance user convenience, while two elevators provide access to upper-level storage units.
The project incorporates sustainability elements, including a solar array with capacity for future expansion. Preconstruction services included architectural and engineering coordination, along with upgrades to main utility services, including water, sewer, and electrical infrastructure, to support the facility’s operational requirements.
