ARCO National Construction's New England division has completed a 103,050-square-foot, three-story self storage facility for R.J. Kelly in Boylston, Massachusetts. The fully conditioned development includes 797 climate-controlled storage units and 46 drive-up units, providing a range of convenient storage options for customers in the region.
The facility also includes approximately 1,000 square feet of office space and three building entrances, including two sliding glass doors and one primary entrance. The metal-framed structure is topped with a TPO roof system and was designed to support long-term durability and operational efficiency.
Building systems include an 800 amp electrical service and a wet fire protection system. The site also provides 19 car parking spaces to support customer and staff access.
The completed project expands R.J. Kelly’s self storage portfolio with a modern, fully conditioned facility designed to provide accessibility, flexibility, and long-term value.
