ARCO National Construction has completed a 494,000-square-foot warehouse tenant improvement for Spreetail in Greenwood, Indiana. The project enhanced the existing facility with targeted loading, office, lighting, and infrastructure improvements designed to support Spreetail’s ecommerce fulfillment and distribution operations.
The scope included four new dock positions, along with dock door installations and repairs to improve loading capacity and day-to-day logistics. LED motion-activated lighting was installed throughout the warehouse to enhance visibility while supporting energy-efficient operations.
ARCO also completed improvements to the facility’s main office and trucker office, creating updated spaces for administrative and transportation teams. Additional operational upgrades included a new scrubber dump and sanitary drain plumbing to support warehouse cleaning and maintenance activities.
Exterior and building maintenance work included fence repairs and floor caulking throughout the facility. Together, the improvements provide Spreetail with an upgraded warehouse environment designed to support efficient fulfillment, facility maintenance, and continued operations in the Indianapolis market.
