Designed and built for West Coast Cold Storage, this warehouse is a 124,200-total-square-foot freezer/cooler distribution facility.

This 124,200 SF cold storage facility is engineered for efficient handling of temperature-sensitive products. The space includes a 62,000 SF freezer, 38,200 SF cooler, and 14,900 SF cold dock, all designed for optimal storage and distribution of perishable goods. The facility also features a 5,000 SF office to support administrative functions and a 1,300 SF ambient warehouse for additional storage and operational needs. The entire structure sits on an eight-acre site, providing ample room for logistics and expansion.

Built with insulated metal panels and a reinforced concrete foundation, the facility is both durable and energy-efficient. The 38-foot clear height maximizes storage capacity, making it ideal for high-density racking systems. With 19 dock positions and one drive-in ramp, the facility is designed for seamless loading and unloading, facilitating high-volume operations.

The building is powered by a robust 4,000-amp electrical service to handle the demands of refrigeration and daily operations. The 45-mil, mechanically attached TPO roof system ensures long-lasting protection and insulation, contributing to the facility’s energy efficiency. In addition to the technical construction, the project involved navigating the entitlement and planning process to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, meeting the client’s needs from concept to completion.
