Designed and built for The Chefs' Warehouse, this warehouse is an 80,000-square-foot freezer/cooler distribution facility.
This 80,000 SF office and cold storage facility offers a versatile combination of office space and advanced temperature-controlled storage. The facility features a two-story office space, designed to accommodate a range of administrative tasks and operational coordination. A commercial kitchen is also included, adding functionality for food preparation or specialized catering services. The cold storage areas are tailored to meet specific temperature needs, with dedicated spaces for -10°F, 34°F, 40°F, and 60°F refrigerated storage, providing flexibility for a wide range of perishable goods.
Built with insulated concrete tilt-up exterior walls, the structure offers enhanced durability and temperature efficiency. The split structure design ensures that the refrigerated areas are isolated and optimized for energy conservation. LED lighting is installed throughout the site and building to reduce energy consumption, further contributing to the facility's efficiency.
As a LEED® certified project, the facility adheres to strict environmental standards, emphasizing sustainability through energy-efficient construction and operational practices. This makes it not only functional but also eco-friendly, supporting both business and environmental goals.
The close proximity to Las Vegas enhances its strategic value, offering access to a large metropolitan market and major transportation routes, which makes it ideal for regional distribution and logistics operations.
