CLASS A SELF STORAGE FACILITY IN BOYLSTON, MA
Designed and built for R.J. Kelly, this project is a 100,000-square-foot, Class A, 3-story self-storage facility.
This project consists of an approximately 100,000 SF, three-story self-storage facility designed to provide a mix of climate-controlled and drive-up storage options. The facility includes an approximately 1,000 SF office area and offers 797 storage units, including 46 drive-up units, providing flexibility for a variety of tenant storage needs.
The building is constructed using a metal frame structural system and is fully conditioned to maintain consistent interior temperatures throughout the facility. Access is provided through three primary entrances, including two sliding glass door entrances and one main entrance, supporting customer circulation and secure access.
The roof assembly consists of a TPO roof system, and the facility is served by an 800-amp electrical service. Fire protection is provided by a wet sprinkler system designed to meet applicable code requirements. Site improvements include 19 car parking spaces for customers and staff. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, climate-controlled storage facility with efficient circulation, secure access, and long-term operational performance.
