This 342,720 SF packaging and distribution facility is designed to meet both current and future operational needs. It features a 37,320 SF mezzanine in the end bays for office expansion and an 8,000 SF curtain wall for enhanced aesthetics and natural light. The facility is equipped with over two miles of underslab electrical conduit, providing a robust infrastructure to support complex operations, and an electrical service capacity of up to 6,000 amps.

The facility includes a fully conditioned warehouse, and the roof structure is built with an additional five-pound load capacity to support future solar panel installations. Parking is designed to accommodate over 500 employees, ensuring ample space for a growing workforce. The six-inch slab with dowel baskets and joint filler provides durability, while the NJEDA Grow NJ certification ensures compliance with the state's industrial development standards for growth and sustainability.
