Designed and built for NFI Real Estate, the Express Scripts warehouse is a 252,000-total-square-foot pharmaceutical distribution facility.

The 252,000 SF pharmaceutical distribution facility is meticulously designed to meet the rigorous demands of the life science industry. It features a spacious 201,000 SF conditioned warehouse that is optimized for efficient storage and streamlined distribution processes, allowing for quick retrieval and shipping of products. The facility includes 35,000 SF of office space, providing essential administrative support and facilitating operational oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards.

An 18,500 SF elevated mezzanine enhances storage capabilities and improves workflow efficiency, offering additional space for various operations. Integrated within the design are 2,500 SF of underslab trench feeders, which support advanced conveyor and automation controls to streamline operations and reduce manual handling.

To ensure reliability and uninterrupted service, the facility is equipped with a robust 2,500 KW generator that provides back-up power to the entire building, safeguarding operations during power outages. Furthermore, the design incorporates two coolers and one freezer specifically for storing refrigerated prescriptions, ensuring the integrity and quality of temperature-sensitive products.
