The building's construction features insulated metal panels (IMP) and is equipped with a durable 60-mil TPO roof system. With a clear height of 32 feet, the facility offers 41 dock positions and one drive-up ramp, ensuring efficient logistics and distribution operations. The electrical service provided is robust, with a capacity of 3,000 amps, supporting the ammonia refrigeration system that maintains the necessary cold storage conditions.
To enhance operational efficiency, three multi-shuttle storage systems have been installed within the facility. There is also a vehicle maintenance facility on-site, which includes a truck washing station and a fuel island. The design also accommodates future expansion, ensuring the facility can grow to meet increasing demands.
