ARCO has just completed a renovation of our San Diego processing center. Dan Holt, Superintendent, worked many weekends and gave up trips home in order to finish the job on time and to an extremely high quality expectation. Dan's expertise in all areas of construction was obvious. He is a true professional. Jake Forby, Project Manager, did a masterful job of contracting and managing all trades required. ARCO's design-build process proved to be the perfect fit for our project, as we required a lot of flexibility. We had several design changes along the way that ARCO and their in-house design team were able to accommodate while still sticking to our initial budget. ARCO's experience with the challenging San Diego site was also very valuable. They were able to foresee and navigate difficulties smoothly, helping us avoid schedule delays. Throughout the entire project, ARCO's attention to detail and expertise continually exceeded our expectations. They made timely decisions that kept our project on track, finishing ahead of schedule and under budget.
