This 89,180 SF, 4-story apartment complex is a thoughtfully designed project, developed to provide affordable housing and address community needs. It features a total of 75 units, offering 184 beds and 120 outdoor parking spaces, ensuring both comfort and accessibility for residents.

The complex includes a range of attractive amenities that elevate the living experience, including a second-floor rooftop patio equipped with cooking space, ample seating, and fire features. Additionally, outdoor amenities include a playground and a community garden with raised beds, creating spaces that foster community engagement and recreation for residents of all ages. Inside, the complex offers a fitness area, a centralized mail center, and a community kitchen, providing a variety of indoor spaces tailored to convenience and wellness.

Constructed with a wood-framed structure and finished with durable stone, Hardie panel, and lap siding, the project utilizes high-quality materials and ensures long-lasting durability. This HUD-financed, award-winning complex was honored as the 2024 Novogradac Development of Distinction for Rural Community Impact, reflecting its vital role in bringing affordable housing to the area.
