Designed and built for NorthPoint Development, the Anthology of the Plaza facility is a 78,700-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility converted from a five-story office building.

This 78,700 SF assisted living and memory care facility is a thoughtfully converted five-story office building that now offers 83 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, totaling 94 beds. Designed to provide a comfortable, engaging environment for residents, the building features thin brick veneer, EIFS plaster, and fiber cement trim finishes, creating an appealing and durable exterior.

The facility is equipped with a range of amenities to support resident wellness and lifestyle. Large windows throughout allow for abundant natural light, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere in both private and shared spaces. Residents enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness and wellness center, salon, theater, activity rooms, and a media center, as well as covered exterior balconies for outdoor relaxation. An attached parking garage offers convenience for residents and visitors alike.

This facility’s design includes a specially developed memory care neighborhood that caters to residents with unique cognitive needs, featuring supportive layouts and comforting design elements. Additionally, a resident pub with wrap-around bar seating provides a lively space for socializing, adding to the facility's community-oriented environment.

Recognized for excellence in adaptive reuse and design, this project received the Senior Housing News 2019 Architecture and Design Award in the Renovation/Repositioning category and was a finalist in the Environments for Aging (EFA) 2020 Design Showcase. These awards highlight its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in creating an inviting space for residents to enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle.
