Designed and built for Core Spaces, the Hub on Campus project is an 193,900-total-square-foot, 8-story student housing complex.
This 193,900 SF, eight-story student housing complex combines modern design and student-focused amenities to create a comfortable, dynamic living environment. With 411 beds across 109 furnished units, it provides a variety of floor plans including micro, one-, two-, four-, and five-bedroom units, ensuring flexible options for students. The structure features a cast-in-place post-tension concrete podium and cold-formed steel framing, with a wood-look aluminum siding façade for a modern aesthetic.
Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a second level open courtyard complete with putting greens and lounge areas, as well as a fifth-floor amenities deck featuring a pool, hot tubs, daybeds, lounge, and grilling and dining space. The complex includes 23 private balconies and seven private hot tubs, offering additional outdoor space and privacy for residents.
Supporting both convenience and accessibility, the complex includes a two-story, partially underground parking garage with 68 car spaces and ample storage for 120 bicycles and 33 scooters. With 9,300 SF across eight retail spaces, it also offers immediate access to a variety of shopping and dining options, enhancing the student experience.
Recognized for its commitment to safety, the project received the Sunshine State Safety Recognition Award from the University of South Florida College of Public Health, underscoring its dedication to creating a secure and well-designed environment for students. With its robust mix of amenities and safety accolades, this project sets a high standard for student housing in the area.
