Designed and built for ExtraSpace Storage, Nuvo Glenolden is a 110,000-square-foot self storage facility located in Glenolden, Pennsylvania.
This project consists of an approximately 110,000 SF three-story self-storage facility delivered under a design-build delivery model. The facility includes 814 climate-controlled storage units, a 2,000 SF interior loading area, and an approximately 1,000 SF office and break room area, supporting daily operations and customer access.
The structure is framed with light-gauge steel, providing efficiency and suitability for multi-story construction. The exterior façade is composed of split-face block, corrugated metal panels, and aluminum storefront windows, balancing durability with a clean architectural appearance. The roof assembly consists of a 60-mil TPO roof system designed for long-term weather resistance.
All interior spaces are fully conditioned to support climate-controlled storage requirements. The facility was engineered to deliver efficient vertical storage, durable construction, and consistent environmental control across all levels.
