ARCO’s Kansas City office recently completed this 139,242 SF self storage facility for repeat client NorthPoint Development and end-user Beyond Self Storage! Located in Kansas City, Missouri, the 3-story climate-controlled self storage facility features 920 climatized units, a 4,500 SF interior climate-controlled loading and unloading drive-through bay, and a 1,350 SF office.

From self storage and manufacturing and cold storage facilities to state-of-the-art senior living, this project adds to a portfolio of more than 20 projects ARCO and NorthPoint have partnered to complete.
