Designed and Built for NorthPoint Development, the Beyond Self Storage facility is a 139,240 square foot, 3-story climate-controlled self storage facility.
This 139,240 SF, three-story climate-controlled self-storage facility showcases advanced design and construction elements for optimized storage functionality and user convenience. The facility houses 920 climate-controlled storage units, making it ideal for temperature- and humidity-sensitive items. A spacious 4,500 SF interior loading and unloading bay allows for easy access while maintaining controlled environmental conditions throughout.
With a 1,350 SF office area, the facility is equipped to manage operations efficiently. The construction features a 60 mil mechanically attached TPO roof system with R-30 rigid insulation, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term durability. Structural elements include load-bearing light gauge stud framing paired with composite metal decking for floors and roof. The facade combines insulated metal paneling with Nichiha fiber cement board siding, blending functionality with modern aesthetics. For accessibility, two 4,500-pound-capacity hydraulic elevators provide smooth transport across floors. This facility is designed to meet high standards of storage security, convenience, and sustainability.
