ARCO’s New England division recently completed a 396,375 SF distribution facility for repeat client, NorthBridge Partners. Located in Boylston, Massachusetts, the facility features 92 dock positions, 36’ clear height, 45 trailer parking spots, and 492 car parking spots.
The distribution center is conveniently located immediately off route 140 and I-290 and offers easy access to 495 and 190. Located within the MetroWest employment corridor, the facility also offers the ability to reach major population centers throughout New England including Boston, Worcester, Providence, and Nashua.
