ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division has completed the South 6 distribution facility at Lenexa Logistics Centre in the Kansas City region. This project marks the eleventh facility delivered by ARCO within the Class A industrial park in partnership with repeat client Block Real Estate Services (BRES).
The 198,715 square-foot distribution building features tilt-up construction with a 32-foot clear height, twenty-four dock positions, four drive-in doors, and six storefront entries. Designed to support modern logistics operations, the facility incorporates a 50-foot by 54.5-inch column spacing, 3,000 amp electrical services, LED hi-bay lighting, a 45-mil TPO roof with R-20 insulation, and an ESFR fire protection system.
ARCO’s Kansas City division has successfully delivered more than 3.8 million square feet of industrial space throughout Lenexa Logistics Centre, strengthening its longstanding relationship with BRES and continuing to support the region’s logistics growth.
