Harbor Distributing

Designed and Built for Harbor Distributing, this project is a 500,000 total square foot beverage distribution facility and corporate headquarters.

This 500,000 SF beverage distribution center and corporate headquarters, including a 102,000 SF office renovation, showcases both functionality and design excellence. The facility includes a 243,963 SF ambient warehouse, 26,695 SF controlled temperature warehouse, 46,950 SF draught cooler, and a 19,515 SF repack/dunnage area. Additionally, a 23,527 SF point-of-sale and draught repair area, a 7,053 SF warehouse office with break room and training room, and a 12,165 SF truck maintenance area with a mezzanine office enhance operational efficiency. Key site features include 10 dock positions, 55 trailer stalls, dock paving, and parking for 136 cars.

The 102,000 SF office renovation integrates modern design with hospitality-focused elements. The project includes an 8,965 SF hospitality suite and conference center, a two-story lobby with a walkway and glass handrails, a 48' x 20' draught cooler window with a stage, and an executive boardroom. Other office spaces include a bar area with patio access, administrative and driver offices, and a training center, blending functionality with a welcoming atmosphere.

This design-build project earned recognition for its quality, receiving CREW’s SPIRE 2015 Award in the Building Renovations category. The integration of high-end office renovations with state-of-the-art warehouse functionality highlights a commitment to excellence in design and operations.
