ARCO BREAKS GROUND ON SECOND PROJECT FOR GOYA FOODS

ARCO is excited to begin construction on a cold storage facility expansion and site improvements for repeat client, Goya Foods! Located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, the 138,540 square foot expansion will nearly double the size of the existing distribution facility.

Founded in 1936, Goya Foods, Inc. is America’s largest Hispanic-owned food company, manufacturing, packaging, and distributing over 2,500 Latin American food and condiment products. ARCO previously completed a 332,613 square foot foodservice distribution facility in Apopka, Florida for Goya and developer partner, BlueScope Properties Group.

ARCO is proud to be part of this exciting project and looks forward to its completion in 2022!
