Designed and built for a confidential client, this project is a 700,000-total-square-foot greenfield drug manufacturing campus.

This project is a 700,000 SF new greenfield drug manufacturing campus, representing the client's most advanced manufacturing facility globally.

The campus features several key buildings, each designed to optimize production and operational efficiency. The 240,000 SF parental manufacturing facility is a three-story structure that houses state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards. Adjacent to this, the 200,000 SF medical device and packaging facility is a two-story building dedicated to the precise assembly and packaging of medical devices, adhering to stringent industry regulations.

The 105,000 SF administration and laboratory building provides essential support functions and R&D capabilities, fostering innovation within the organization. A significant component of the campus is the 95,000 SF refrigerated Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouse, reaching 90 feet in height, designed to maintain optimal storage conditions for sensitive pharmaceutical product.

Additionally, 60,000 SF of ancillary buildings include a central utility plant, crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, and a two-story spline for support services. This comprehensive campus is engineered to meet the evolving demands of the pharmaceutical industry while incorporating sustainable practices, ensuring it serves as a benchmark for future facilities.
