Designed and built for ExtraSpace Storage, Eastside Spectrum is a 140,000-square-foot self storage facility located in Vancouver, Washington.
This completed project consists of an approximately 140,000 SF self-storage facility with an integrated 1,000 SF office area, delivered as a four-story building under a full design-build delivery model. The facility includes a 40 SF x 50 SF interior loading dock to support tenant move-in and operational efficiency. The exterior features a metal panel and glass façade, providing durability and a modern architectural appearance.
The building is fully conditioned using split-system condensers and fan coils, maintaining controlled interior conditions across all storage levels. The structural system utilizes a combination of structural steel and light-gauge structural steel, supporting multi-story construction and efficient floor layouts. LED lighting is installed throughout the facility to improve visibility and energy efficiency.
All stormwater is managed on site through a 200-foot underground infiltration trench, supporting effective runoff control and regulatory compliance. The project was executed as a complete design-build solution focused on functionality, durability, and long-term operational performance.
