ARCO COMPLETES HIGH HAZARD COLD STORAGE FACILITY FOR RAVING FAN COCA-COLA

ARCO recently completed a 290,000 SF cold storage distribution facility for repeat developer client, BlueScope Properties Group and end-user, Coca-Cola. The facility features a 127,000 SF 40°F cooler, 94,000 SF 0°F freezer, and high hazard (H3) storage space. This facility is part of the Mid-Florida Logistics Park development where ARCO completed a cold storage facility for end-user Goya Foods and is currently building a 250,000 SF distribution facility for BlueScope Properties Group.
