ARCO CONTINUES CONSTRUCTION ON COLD STORAGE FACILITY RETROFIT FOR REPEAT CLIENT THE CHEFS’ WAREHOUSE
The ARCO team is continuing construction on a 242,000 SF cold storage facility retrofit project for The Chefs’ Warehouse in City of Industry, California! Once complete, the previously empty warehouse will be transformed into a state-of-the-art foodservice facility featuring multiple temperature zones, production space, and a commercial kitchen. Additional features include dry storage space, a -10°F freezer, 35°F and 40°F cold docks, and temperature-controlled deli, dairy, and produce spaces.

ARCO previously completed this 80,000 SF cold storage facility and office for The Chefs’ Warehouse. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the facility features a commercial kitchen and multiple temperature zones including a -10°F freezer and 34°F, 40°F, and 60°F coolers. Additional features include insulated tilt-up construction and split structure for refrigerated areas, a 2-story office and LEED® certification.
