The Caruso Self Storage project consists of a five-story facility housing over 800 storage units, including ground-level exterior units and a climate-controlled interior environment. The building incorporates IMP construction and stone veneer façade accents for a durable, visually refined exterior while supporting long-term performance.
Interior features include a drive-through, climate-controlled unloading bay designed to improve customer flow and convenience, a main office area, and multiple vertical circulation elements. Designed with future expansion in mind, the project also includes accommodations for a future one-story, five-bay standalone storage facility.
